Job Scope

We are hiring experienced flooring workers with proven site skills in:

• PU screed application (hand trowel & power trowel)

• Epoxy self-levelling and mortar systems

• Surface preparation (grinding, cleaning, priming)

• Controlling thickness and achieving smooth finishes

• Understanding mixing ratios, pot life, and curing time

• Maintaining good workmanship and site discipline

Working Schedule:

 • Monday to Saturday (alternate Saturdays)

 • 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

 • Plan, organize, and implement site and sequential job planning to ensure smooth project execution, meeting cost, quality, timeline, and customer satisfaction targets

 • Attend project kick-off meetings, project team meetings, and provide regular progress updates

 • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, clients’ representatives, and relevant authorities

 • Prepare and submit project-related correspondence, including progress reports and work programs

 • Manage site staff and subcontractors, monitor work progress, and resolve on-site issues

Job Requirements

 • Minimum Diploma in Building, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent

 • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction or related fields

 • Highly self-motivated with a positive working attitude

 • High level of professionalism and integrity

 • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
